    Cleared

A six-step sequence: a cited source page, the fact extracted from it, the condition that fact creates, the owner assigned to it, the approval it requires, and the funding it unblocks. All values shown are synthetic sample data.

THE CATEGORY

Private lending does not need more dashboards.
It needs an operating layer.

A dashboard reports what happened. StrongLoan connects the evidence, work, decisions, and controls that determine what happens next.

  • Evidence

Every value carries the document and page it came from.

  • Work

Conditions, reviews, and draws with an owner and a next action.

  • Decisions

Approvals recorded with the reasons and the policy that required them.

  • Controls

Gates that hold money movement until the required work exists.

THE OPERATING SEQUENCE

Source to funding, on one ledger.

Six stages, one record. Each one states what enters it, what the system does, and what it leaves behind for the next stage and for the audit.

01

Intake

Documents land

Borrower portal uploads, LOS and portfolio imports, emailed packages, direct drag-and-drop.
Verifies the stored object, hashes it, malware-scans the bytes, and runs preflight. Files that fail are quarantined instead of quietly disappearing.
document.uploaded Recorded
02

Extraction

Facts get an address

The document bytes and their page structure.
Classifies the file, splits long PDFs into page-ranged chunks, and extracts facts that keep the page they were read from.
document.facts_extracted Page-cited
03

Reconciliation

Cardinal Authority

Competing values for the same field across an entire package.
Ranks candidates by source priority and confidence, selects the authoritative value, and opens a human review when it cannot resolve one safely.
hri_ opened Conflict held
04

Conditions

Requirements, not checkboxes

Rules, checklist slots, and the facts that satisfy or violate them.
Creates a requirement with an owner and a next action, then tracks it through open, received, satisfied, and waived.
condition.created Open
05

Approvals

Policy decides the gate

The decision, its exceptions, and the acting user's role.
Selects single, dual, or role-based approval from policy — never from preference — and records the reasons next to the decision.
apr_ recorded Dual required
06

Funding & draws

The last gate

The wire instruction, the deal's prior disbursements, and draw progress evidence.
Scores the wire against that history, raises the tier when something changed, and holds release until the approvals the tier demands exist.

PRODUCT PROOF

Watch a source become a decision.

Not a feature list. One inspectable chain from the page that said it, through the work it created, to the control that keeps funding honest.

PORTFOLIO COMMAND

CONTROLLED INTELLIGENCE

Automation that has to show its work.

AI can organize, compare, explain, and recommend. Authority stays with policy, permissions, and the people accountable for the loan.

01

Deal Copilot

Answers across documents, facts, conditions, and reviews with the deal context attached.

Control boundary

Cited answers and guided actions; permissions still decide what can change.

02

Explainable deal authority

Reconciles competing values using source priority and confidence instead of hiding the choice.

Control boundary

Unresolved discrepancies become human review items, not silent guesses.

03

Wire Guardian

Compares a pending disbursement with the loan's prior payment history and raises the risk tier when something changed.

Control boundary

High and critical tiers require dual approval before release.

04

Photo progress review

Assists draw review by estimating progress and flagging unclear or irrelevant images.

Control boundary

The estimate supports the reviewer; it does not become approval by itself.

SYSTEM FIT

Bring the stack. Keep control.

StrongLoan can sit around the systems already carrying the portfolio: take in their records, add an operating layer, and hand off a signed boarding payload.

TRUST, WITHOUT THE THEATER

Controls you can inspect. Claims you can verify.

The homepage should show the mechanisms behind the promise—then let diligence distinguish implemented controls from future certification.

Tenant boundary

Row-level tenant isolation in the data layer.

Test cross-tenant access during diligence.

Document intake

Ownership, size, type, header, hash, malware-hook, and preflight checks.

Submit malformed and mismatched sample files.

Secrets

Bring-your-own-key credentials encrypted with AES-256-GCM.

Review storage and rotation behavior.

Auditability

Actor, correlation, before/after, policy and tool references, plus hash-chain fields.

Trace one decision forward and backward.

EVALUATION QUESTIONS

The questions a serious buyer asks next.

Answered plainly, before a sales call has to.

Does StrongLoan replace our LOS?

It can operate around the systems that already hold your portfolio: importing their exports, connecting evidence and work, and producing a signed servicing handoff. The exact system of record and adapter scope should be agreed during evaluation.

Can the AI approve or fund a loan on its own?

No. AI can extract, compare, explain, and recommend. Changes remain subject to permissions, approval policy, and recorded action controls; higher-risk wire releases require the approvals their tier demands.

What happens when documents disagree?

Competing values retain their source and confidence. The system can select an authoritative value when policy supports it; otherwise it opens a human review instead of silently guessing.

How does a portfolio migration begin?

With a representative export. Map its fields, review a preview, inspect exceptions, and only then commit the batch. Rollback remains available if the committed result needs to be reversed.

What should the first evaluation prove?

Use one real loan package. Trace a fact to its page, surface a conflict, create the resulting work, apply an approval gate, and inspect the audit record. That demonstration is more useful than a generic feature tour.

Bring one real loan. Trace every answer.

Run it from intake to the funding gate. See every cited page, unresolved conflict, assigned action, approval, and recorded decision on the way.
